Genevieve Coates
Owner and Principal Consultant
Genevieve started Generate Creative Consulting in 2015 to help small to medium-sized businesses in Atlantic Canada gain access to digital marketing and technology experience.
She has worked in many types of operations, including small businesses and start-ups like Radian6, as well as large global enterprises, Salesforce. Her experience spans roles in Customer Service, Onboarding, Support Operations, Community Management and Marketing. Regardless of role, Genevieve has always been known as someone who gets work done by thinking outside the box and using a variety of approaches to achieve the necessary goals.
Since 2015, Genevieve has expanded her experience working with clients on various projects to now offer a full portfolio of services that help businesses use digital to transform every part of their business. In all areas, Genevieve also offers training services to ensure her clients grasp the technology and methods being used.
